Dear Reliance Communication Team,

This is not acceptable for me.

If the charges were valid then please provide us usage details. We will accept it if it is valid.
I was repeatedly asking for usage details from day 1 but your customer care executive are disconnecting my calls. You people are least bother about customer satisfaction & support.
I think people awareness is require to stop this money loot which is doing by Reliance Info comm with their customer.

I am waiting for last 2 months but there is no resolution from your side & your customer care service is useless.

Secondly I have complaint about fraud calls as given below but there is no response from your side for last 2 months. Please let me know if I can register police complaint against this call.

Dear All,

I have received call today @ 15.16pm from [protected] & informed me that he is from Reliance customer care introduces him as Mr. Rahul Gupta.

He accepted the mistake that the charges GPRS is wrongly levy on us hence will revert the charges directly on my bank account & asking for my bank details.

I have refuse to provide the same which he said if I don't provide the details than refund will not be possible from Reliance.

I personally feel this is fraud hence request you to investigate on the same & revert to me at the earliest.
