Reliance Infocomm — My simple card blocked

I have been using the simcard [protected] for the past 7 years. Recently during the last year i could not use the simple regularly. I tried to make calls, but it could not be made. I tried to raise my issue with the provider, but no response as they have blocked. How to get unblock or port to some other provider? Please help me.
