Reliance Infocomm — VAS - Value Added Services | |||
This is to inform you all that I am getting a second bad experience with reliance infocomm postpaid service. I have been billed last month for a service which I never activated for a VAS from my postpaid mobile number of reliance. I indeed unsubscribed the same. But again this month they have sent a bill asking for an extra payment to pay for a service which is so called a VAS by them. This is indeed a perfect crime against the customers of reliance postpaid service. I am going to disconnect the postpaid service from Reliance ASAP. I made an online chat with a guy named Komal. He told me stay online. There was no reply from him for more than an hour. Such a worst experience. Don't trust such worst service providers. Was this information helpful? | |||
