We had purchased gold studs in january and on that same day the pin broke. We went again to store in db mall bhopal and got it exchanged. About 1500 i think were spared after getting new studs so we had to buy silver coins. On that day they couldn't provide us bill as they said they were having technical issue in generating bill but after it we followed up several times despite of which we haven't yet received the bill. We had also bought a scheme from reliance jewel but whenever we have some questions they don't reply and now we are irritated.
I was expecting professionalism from a national jewelry chain. Kindly look into it.
