I have purchased an earning on 07 feb 18 on 40580rs from reliance jewellery bhatinda punjab. The earing was purchased without stopper. Next day i went to shop for exchange but he denied to exchange because earing is without stopper and suggested me it will be exchanged but making charges and gst amount wilberforce deducted. My invoice no. Is axt607171n000456. This policy is very bad for customer so kindly favour so we can visit the shop on regular basis. My mob no. [protected]
