Reliance Jio — amount deducted but recharge not done

Dear sir
I a have already send transaction receipts of recharge to you. And you simply reply me that no recharged received on 12 january 2018. I think jio care is not interested to resolve my issue. You find all receipts of my payment again and check the status. Please solve my problem. See my recharge payment details bellow:

Voucher utilize: 01 (Of rs 50 with it)
