Reliance Jio Infocomm — 4g data speed is too poor

I have honour to inform you that i am an inhabitants of town-sarthebari, dist-barpeta, pin no-781307, state-assam, ward no-2.in our town the 4g data speed of jio is too poor. If they don't give a proper 4g speed in our town then they should close the service in our town. I have been complaining this problem to the jio complaint portal since one month but they are not taking any necessary action to this problem. I have a small request to consumer complaint forum to take necessary steps.
