Reliance Jio Infocomm — about jio phone and its worst service | |||||
I have bought jio phone 5 weeks earlier. Initially when i bought that time phone hanged 2-3 times. After few days it became dead. Then i went to service center and they told that its software problem, needs only an update, then they updated the software and phone started functioning. After an hour it again became dead. I called them and asked to replace my phone but the denied that and told the same that its software problem, after update it will start functioning. Also they told me to stay for an hour at their service center and check phone for an hour. Hw rude!!! The higest authorities over there gave me his contact no. And told that if again problem will persist then i can directly call them and he will solve the matter After a week i. E today the same problem of dead phone issue persisted. Now the person who gave me number is not answering my call Was this information helpful? | |||||
