Reliance Jio Infocomm — Complaint about jio recharge failure | |
I had recharged my jio number [[protected]]for the 599 rs plan On 4th of june 2020 through freecharge. I have received sms from jio confirming the recharge. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs.599 is fcva[protected] and operator i'd is fcva[protected]. I'm unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it. The customer service personnel called me and he is asking my atm number saying I need to pay 1000 rupees. I'm really disappointed with their attitude.why do I need to pay 1000 I have recharged and I have received confirmation about recharge but my recharge plan is not activated. Is this my problem? Why do I need to pay him? Furthermore he is threatening me about my complaint. I had problem with their service so filed a complaint. Is this not a consumer right?? Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
