Reliance Jio Infocomm — complaint for improper 4g service being provided in my area and slow internet speed.

I Iamaniket from Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Several complaints had been already registered from my side on jio customer helpline portal regarding slow internet speed. They asked me to wait near about 3 months and still the problem is not sorted out. The speed is around 7-10kbps on the name of 4g. Hope for help from consumer complaint center. Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 12, 2017 Pavan Bhargav's response Ppz fix it soon or we will change our network

As per the instruction I paid Rs 10 and Rs 399 on September 01, 2017 for continuing my jio data n voice service on [protected] through MyJio App
but it was not activated upto now .Please help me ragarding this I feel a lot of problems.
