I have recharged twice 309 on 20th march 2017, now on 20th july my o/g calls and msg & data has been stopped as the validity of one recharge is over and i called customer care 198 on 20 july and told them about the double recharge and they said it will be activated and they raised a complaint and said it will be solved within 48 hrs, but it did not activated so i called them and asked about the complaint they said it will solved by 23rd but it did not happen then again, then i said them to connect me to their technical team tem they set me on hold for 35 min but it didnt get connected. When i asked them the said it will be okay by 24th their technical team will call and resolve my problem, but today at 24th @12:39pm i received a msg my problem will solved within 48 hrs. Is this the way to solve problem by the technical team of jio. 1 problem taken for 4 days. Or else the techical team must be on sleep. From 4 days i am facing too much problem
