I have used a postpaid sim when i am in kerala and later on i moved to Mysore, and i found better options in prepaid i wanted to deactivate my postpaid sim.so i contacted the jio customer care and asked them to deactivate after paying all my pending money they said they deactivated it but now after 3 months i got a call that my 3 months bill is pending, when i contacted the customer care again they are now telling its temporarily blocked.i dont even understand why should i pay the bill even after its been blocked.the customer care service is so bad the way they talk to us is as if we took some loan and we didn't pay it.they are very rude i[censored] are hiring these kind of people then no thanks to ur services.
