Sir, I AM A PRIME MEMBER .today i started my phone to use internet on my laptop. i browsed some English article. within 5-6 min a message came that you have exhausted your 90% of data (i had set the limit). even on my jio app it was showing only 100 mb left.
when i called customer care he said on system it is showing you have used your data . he also told me about the timing. how can it be possible that i started browsing at 6.55 am and at 7.01 am i have exhausted 900 mb .
please, sir do something .I
