Hi, I am facing the same issue of data exhaustion without using the Jio device. And to ensure it is not being used, I switch it off when I am not using it. Despite that, my data gets used up and I get the cut-off speed of 64 kbps or whatever is the reduced speed. And upon checking the data usage on the phone, it shows that I have used less than 400 mb. The customer service is really ####### and stupid as they will never understand the plight and will repeatedly tell you to reset device settings or change your phone's auto update settings.
This is clearly a case of product service theft and violation of cellular consumption norms.

iam facing the same problem, for the last 7 days . the wifi is always in blue colour, gets disabled on its own, and without usage..i get a mail saying my data limit is over, does anyone one have a solution for this?
