Reliance Jio Infocomm — delay in router pick leading to delay in refund

I have cancelled my jio fiber Plan but router is not getting picked up instead of giving specific timing.

I have cancelled my Jio Fiber plan on 25th of december 2019 today it has been more than 2 weeks time but no one has come for the router pick up as this is the next step for closure of connection followed by refund.

I have made several complaints to their customer care team still the issue remains as it is.

My jio number [protected] i did recharge with 98rs there after 199rs through my jio app but my number not activated and i verified my mobile for any problem in my mobile but no issues in my mobile...
