I have requested to permanently cancel my jio sim by calling jio customer care a month ago, they asked me to wait for a period of 7 days, but my sim is still active, they closed the service request, i again requested to cancel my sim, they again gave me a service request request and are asking me to wait another 7 days, why is jio delaying my request for cancellation, they are purposefully delaying sim cancellation and are sending me bills. I want my sim to get cancelled. These are my service request numbers sr00000dtq7q (They cancelled this request after 7 days) and new service request number is sr00000e0zum (Still pending).
