Reliance Jio Infocomm — denying the device (router) pick up and refund | |||
I'm hereby using jio fiber connection from July 2018 with provided free installation and free device with security deposit of certain amount, now due to my location change i have requested my termination request of my connection which was delayed and done only after 7 working days and it was was around 23rd December 2018. I was assured that device pickup will be occurring with 24 - 48 hours of time and refund will be done once bank details are informed to pick up person but its almost 15 days and no responsibility was taken from jio care or by jio team and jio care gives regardless reply daily like request is open but its really bad of forcing customer to keep device and avoiding refund by the other terms. I'm currently in situation to move out of city and i was indirectly denied to get my refund. Its really bad for a telecom company by making an instant installation within 4hrs of callback and now delaying 15 plus days for getting device back. This above mentioned situation clearly states that the concern team is not worried of customer service and they deliberately refuse to get device back and ignore refund I have hereby attached my call history to jio fiber customer care and even ready to submit the call records if necessary Was this information helpful? | |||

By mistake I have done an ISD recharge in my number can I get a refund or just transfer that amount to my jiomoney.
