I have done a recharge of ₹399 on 22nd June 2018 wherein double dhamaka offer was active, I activated the same add-on pack on 22nd, but now when I see the plan in MyJio app it doesn't showing up additional data pack, the executive on Jio Care chat and Jio Care told me that it got expired since you have activated on previous plan which got expired on 22nd June. In first place how are they attaching the Add On I received as part of new recharge to old plan? There was no warning about the expiry date. Please help restoring the Add-on package
