Contents of what i had mail them- I receive information from your call centre that phonepay is giving 75 cashback. So i recharge from it than i receive information that recharge has failed for mobile no. [protected] (Anil surana) from phone pay. I recharge on 16.08.2017 I tried to contact your call centre but it but all in vain so i again recharge the no. [protected]. Now i contacted your call centre after waiting for 10 minutes they told that you have done double recharge and for second recharge and you will get only one month instead of 3 months. I told to refund my money they told no procedure of it. And for second recharges there will be no offers also and no benefit will be available. Why i would do double recharge and pay for one month instead for 3 month. I tried to lodge complaint but there is no procedure. Please refund my money otherwise i will take appropriate action.
