Reliance Jio Infocomm — I am complaining about jiofi dongal | |||
Jio service center, ram chowk, kishor namkin street, morbi - 363641, mobile [protected]. This is bharat. I am complaining about jiofi dongal. I bought my dongal from poojara telecom rajkot, gujarat, india. Imei number of jiofi is [protected] and sim number is [protected]. My jiofi device was not working so i have given for repair in poojara telecom morbi. Poojara telecom gave device to jio service center morbi. I have given it on 2nd week of november 2017. They called me 6 time that my device is repaired and its working so collect it. When i go there it was not working. Same thing happened 6 times. I am living in village which is 50 km away from morbi district. Up and go its 100km. I have been traveling there 6 times and wasted money and time. Jio service center morbi are shameless even they dont check my device and called me to collect everytime. I am tired of this. I really need to lodge legal complaint about this matter. I am not satisfied with your service.4g is not getting connected and if gets connected then also speed is too low.even basic page load is also not possible this speed.
