I have recharged with sum 448 rupee from my jio app but jionet is not up to mark where other operators are providing speed in mbs jio is failing to maintain it's in kbs. I am unable to do my daily routine work, important messages online. Jio care executives are saying they can't help in such. What a consumer can do. Totally frustrated and exhausted. I cant port to other networks. I recharged jio sim recntly and its expires on 1jan.2020. Please help and take action against jio telecom company. | |||
