I am an existing jio customer and despite repeatedly calling the helpline complaint and recording my complaint three times with the internet helplines, i am not getting my problem resolved for proper internet connectivity and speed. I have recently taken both 499 package which provides me 1 gb a day, as well as a top up of 60 gb which i have activated through my jio account, but i am not able to access internet and the speed is absolutely abysmal and unacceptable, by all internet standards. I have been facing this problem well since over a month since 12th dcember, 2017. I often struggle to even open a web page, let alone browse or stream videos. What is the point of having internet and adding top ups if i do not even have access to my own package?
