I have a jio prime number and do the recharge of rs 309. I live in panipat refinery township, haryana. The internet speed is just terrible. It hardly reaches above 100 kbps when 1 gb of data is left and when that is over i hope you can understand what would be the condition. If it is a very lucky day then we get a speed of like 400-500 kbps. I hope you guys will look into the matter. People say they have forgot about buffering but i can't. You can surely understand my condition. Look into the matter. I am totally frustated with the speed.

Network is very poor - no response from Jio care after no. of times raised this issue with customer care. it is not advisable to have Jio Connection specially in Gujarat as there is proper response from their end on any complain

My Jio no [protected] is found unable to make outgoing calls from morning hours kindly restore service early c sivaraj alt no[protected] we tried several attempts to use of service but failed to get success make sure that service restored early
