Reliance Jio Infocomm — internet speed too low

I am using jio sim. I have recently ported from bsnl to jio. I have recharged my number with 198 plan. Furing morning i am getting good internet speed nearly 10 mbps, but in the evening the internet speed is reduced to 512 kbps and less. My number is [protected].
I am fed up with this low speed internet.
