I have done my rs.399 jio recharge on 10 october 2019 successfully. As per jio official announcement iuc charges, (Non jio call rates) applicable to recharges done post 10 october 2019. But they applied me non jio call rate iuc charges. The same issue i have informed to jio customer care executive, jio care, jio grievance by mail, and even on jio official twitter customer care account..
