Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio 0-10kbps internet speed. I need my refund | |||
The jio 4g's worst than other network for both calling and internet. The internet speed is slower than the snail and is very poor. I have tried to talk on jio customer care, but when i dial '198' for complain, i hear only instructions, 'if you got this issue then press this number & that number, ' bla bla bla, and i didn't receive assistance from jio. Even trai has mentioned that '198' has to be for complaints only (But jio care people don't hear us). I am not satisfied with jio services. I ported to jio from vodafone and my sim got activated on 1st of august. Now, with frustration emerged due to low speed, i want my refund from jio. Vodafone's 2g is faster than this jio-4g.
