My name is deepak. I have done a recharge of 399 for my jio number [protected] a few days back but after 24 july 2019 everything stops. Even i unable to call customer care. For this i called customer care through my friend phone number and they told me that their is no active plan on my number. I also attached the screen shot of my jio app which shows everything.
