Complaint no : SR000015T9HT Name of registered person : Pratiksha Arvind Soorada Complaint : Jio fiber Wifi internet down and no resolution provided. Background: 1. Raised a complaint and booked for service engineer visit on 17th July 2021 for 9 am . Service Engineer never called and I called jio customer care multiple times . 2. I was assured a visit would take place and internet would be restored by 1909 hrs on 18/06/2021 . 3. At 1915 hrs upon checking I was told that person would not visit as the problem was lower power on junction box outside my home and would be done by backend team . Same was not mentioned when I called at 1830 hrs 4. Now with nowhere to go and work dependent on the internet coming back I have no option but to raise a complaint . Very poor service and they kept fooling me till the expected resolution time was over . Worse is they still don't even know what is going to happen . They just asked me to wait without any timeline or plan of approach . Was this information helpful? | |||
