I just want to ask i am a consumer and need a resolution from jio then why it is not possible in today's it world?
I become very frustrated and disappointed when didn't get any resolution from jio customer care after calling and sending several emails.
I have a jio plan activated till 30th of december 2017 and i called a customer representative and asked clearly that if i recharge today with jddd rs.399 plan will my validity increase till 31st march 2018 or not and the plan will get automatically activated or i need to activate? After getting confirmation that i need to activate after recharge i did that but the validity increased till 5th jan 2018 only i. E. Only for 6 days why i should pay rs.399 for 6 days and i want to ask why it is not possible in today's information technologies world. Please don't harass the consumers and help them in the manner what they need and if there is problem in your system why it is not possible to make them improve and capable of doing what customer is demanding because customers are the only one who can make the goodwill and ruin the goodwill of the company.
Requesting you please extend my validity till 31st of march 2018 and i don't need to use both the plan simultaneously as they are of no use for me.
