Reliance Jio Infocomm — Jio not activating my plan | |||
I had recharged a 999 recharge on 4th june 2017 which provided me with 60 gb for 60 days. But my data usage is heavy and hence in exhausted the data by 18 th june 2017. Now i recharged the number with the same plan on same date i. E 18th june and the payment was made. Now the money has been cut from my account and the customer care say that my recharge is in "que". But for what? The data has been exhausted, i recharge it, so why put it in que? The telephone number is [protected]. Kindly do something against this harassment. I beg of you.
