I booked jio phone on 22nd october via my jio app and for this i have paid the amy 808₹ on the same day but still i didn't get my device for this issue i have sent mails to [protected]@jio.com but i didn't get proper response every time i got same reply as we have forwarded your issue to concern team.
Please let me know what should i do know i am hoping that my issue will resolve now.
