I had activated jio postpaid plus plan of Rs1499/- which says unlimited voice and data in UAE. But now during billing time they are saying only 300minutes of voice call and 1GBdata can be used in UAE which was not informed to me during activation of SIM or during mail chats with the Jio care team or on their advertisemen
I had paid Rs1899/- as deposit amount and the receipt for the same is attached.
I don't want to continue with this plan as they are cheating by saying unlimited.
I would like to raise a complaint on them seeking compensation of Rs 10000/- for cheating customer and providing proper information.
On 5th of Oct i raised a cancellation request to them but they assured me saying unlimited voice & data will be available soon (Kindly refer mail dated 6th Oct 2020).
I trust ICC forum will help me on this issue.
