Reliance Jio Infocomm — jio preview booking transaction failed

I tried to do a pre booking for the new jio phone but in the end it showed me the message that my transaction failed but the money got deducted from my account and whenever i call the customer care they say that there's a separate phone no. For issues related to pre booking of new jio phone, and when i call that no. It gives no information about the issue that i am facing.
This is my transaction id fv000000xepw.
Please do refund money as soon as possible.

In the subject line it's a typing error it was supposed to be "Pre Booking" not Preview Booking
