Dear Sir/Madam, I have generate Bar Code from my 4G Mobile 18.10.2016 but when I went to Reliance Digital Store 19.10.2016 for new JIO connection at your Faridabad Store Reliance digital (Mini) 5L/172, Faridabad, they put my finger print and after process all data have told me that my Welcome offer Bar Code has been redeemed. I am helpless why my IMEI phone generated bar code redeemed while i have not taking any Jio Sim. Please help me it's very urgent that my IMEI / Bard Code has been stolen by another.
