Reliance Jio Infocomm — JioFiber Installation | |||
I have opted for a JioFiber Connection and post that a Reliance Jio Representative has visited on 08/06/2021 and I have made on spot payment. The respective person confirmed that installation will be done on the same day itself and I also got a installation appointment text message from Jio stating the same. Later on on 8th June I got another message that installation is rescheduled on 11th of June. I was confused so I got in touch with one customer care executing and shared the concern and he fixed an appoint on 9th June 10 AM. But again repetition of same incident happened and I called the local "Manager" who contacted me first for the connection. He assured it will be done today. But rather I got another intimation over message and email that it is further rescheduled to 10th June. I reached out to customer care executive again and he directed that by today 3 PM it will be done anyhow. But eventually there was nobody who came nor any intimation that I received. I had to contact the customer care executive again and the lady this time said she can arrange an appointment but cannot commit any time or date for that matter. But she had again rescheduled it to 10/06/21. I have never seen such bogus and careless behavior from any organization and I believe there needs to be little sense of commitment.
