My issue hasn't been resolved and I have been mentally harassed by the misconduct of the ENTIRE JioFiber team involved in the setting up of the connection.
Mr. Yousuf ([protected]) did my registration promising activation within 15 minutes and took Rs. 1500 advance as registration fee.
Mr. Chandan Kumar ([protected]) installed the connection imperfectly and left without completing the full setup and continuously harassed me for OTP and misbehaved.
Mr. Surya Pratap ([protected]) assured me of false promises of addressing my grievances and after numerous attempts, misbehaved me on call and cut me off without offering any assistance.
The present status is, none of the complaints have been heard and I want to initiate a Refund for the Jio Fiber connection and expect my money returned to me as soon as possible.
Please initiate my refund and take strict actions against the above-mentioned staff for reckless behavior and false assurances. Very disappointed with the service of Jio.
No one is listening to cancel the request. I have called the customer care 50 times to no avail. They keep cutting the call and take no action whatsoever despite pleading them. Please help! Was this information helpful? |
