While trying to recharge my Jiofibre account using Jio application on 9th Jul 2021, the transaction was showing as failed on Jio app. So I tried to recharge again and it was successful only with third time. But, the recharge amount was deducted from my account for initial 2 recharge attempts as well, even though the jio app was showing as 'transaction failed'. After some time jio app was showing 1 plan as active and 2 recharge plans as queued in my Jiofibre account. The queued plans would get activated after the current active plan expires.
As I was mislead to make additional recharge trials jio to wrong status, I tried contacting the customer care number, but the service agent support was not available. Hence I had written to Jiofibre customer support mail id ([protected]@jio.com) regarding this issue and requested for reversing the 2 recharges and provide refund for the same. But the response was that they cannot reverse the recharge.
As a customer I was mislead by the incorrect recharge status on Jio app (it was showing the recharge transaction as failed) and I was tricked to do multiple recharges. Now when I requested customer care to reverse the additional recharges that had been done due to the wrong message from Jio app, I am not getting any positive response.
I have taken this connection for official purpose and hence have to submit the monthly invoice to get the claim for the same. I can get the reimbursement for only 1 invoice per month. Currently the invoice of other 2 plans are also dated 9th Jul which I cannot use for reimbursement purpose. Hence I had requested customer support to reverse the additional recharges that had been done due to the wrong message from Jio app.
Please help to reverse the 2 additional recharges that were done due to the wrong message from Jio app and provide refund for the 2 transactions. Was this information helpful? |
