I have to load my money from jio pos lite My prm id is- [protected] and my mobile number is [protected]... But i am not able to load amount of 533 and 533 which i have added in it in january 1st... Kindly help me in this situation... When the refund will come... Today is 15th January but the amount is not refunded yet... Also, i am not able to contact to consumer care...
