If there is rcb match going on then your speed will not allow u even to do browsing. Very worst speed. I think there are high users and less towers in my location. If the data speed is not solved then i am porting to vodafone which provides best speed in my location.in day time hii speed won't go up to 250kbps in evening maximum speed is 60kbps and during match not even 10 kbps, wasting money of 251.
