[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — money debited but recharge not successful | |||
On 5th December 2019 at 11.27pm i was doing a recharge of Rs. 444/- from My Jio Apps via Phonepay UPI through SBI Card. The amount debited but recharge not successful. For 3 days continuously i am trying to figure about the solution, but no one help me neither Jio nor Phonepay or SBI. Now on 6th October 2019 onwards the recharge amount increased by 40%. Please help me to get my recharge done or refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||

My area network Coverage is very low internet connectivity is very dedicated slow because my area most people using that network slow many time internet activity is very slow I am compliant many time for Jio Customer care but still now not take action need solutions.
