Dear sir/madam, I have recharged jio mobile numbers i. E. [protected] and [protected] of sapna rao with rs. 399/- respectively on 05 may 2018 through doha bank debit card at reliance retail ltd. Digit mumbai in at mulund. I haven't received any recharge confirmation message from jio. But i got sms from doha bank regarding deduction of money. I have attached the copies of doha bank sms. However, i have recharged mobile ([protected]) late in the evening on 05 may 2018 with rs. 399/- using axis bank net banking. It is requested that necessary action be taken from your end towards reimbursement of rs. 399/- at the earliest. I am RAM AWADHESH RAM .I was recharge my Jio no [protected] on 27 April 2018 by inernet banking but my Jio no was not recharge and also money was dedicated from my A/C .kindly resolved my problem .
