[Resolved]  Reliance Jio Infocomm — my two purchased voucher plans invisible from redeem feature of my voucher feature on myjio app

I have purchased two voucher plans through myjio app 1. Rs 399 27/11/2019 transaction id - bv000017t2ht 2. Rs 1699 transaction id-bv000017xspm both voucher are successful but both voucher are invisible from redeem feature of my vouchers feature on myjio app, both voucher till 05 december 2019 shown myjio app, after 05 december not shown sir please reflect my vouchers on myjio app or refund my money
