[Resolved]  Reliance Jio Infocomm — new plan not getting renewed

Dear sir,

As i have done recharge of rs 149 on my jio no [protected]. And that data get exhaust bt my plan still have validity upto 15 august. I have 2 another plans in my account but still not able to use internet because of that 149 plan validity. I make request to cancel that 149 plan but your customer care is unable to do that.
So i request you to cancel my rs.149 plan so that i can get benefit of my other plans. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.
