[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Not resolving technical issue by jio side

My name is eldho paulose ([protected]) and i took jio postpaid connection having a monthly plan rs 399 4 moths back and i paid the feb-march bill 622.37 on march 14th 2021.Again the jio shows in the app that i have to pay another rs 461.72 as bill. I called the coustomer care and they told me that its a technical issue by their side and resolved in 24 hrs.But after 72 hrs, still they not resolved my issue.I am calling from ireland to jio international coustomer service so many times and not accepting my call now. I have spend some money to call coustomercare from ireland and they are not responding.I beleive that they are cheating their coustomers by making multiple postpaid bill payment. I never made a recharge of rs 160 on 16th march but app shows the same in payment history please take necessary action to rsolve my issue.Here by attaching solid proof for the above mentioned.
