Reliance Jio Infocomm — Not solving my issue and not refunding me | |||||
Hello, I did register with JIO Prime membership scheme from My JIO app at 9th march. Time was around 9:00 pm I had completed my payment process from debit card. I was waiting for acknowledgement msg or email to me for prime membership confirmation. but after 2 days, I dint get any response. then I had contacted to their consumer case person to solve my issue. they told me that will solve my problem within 48 hours.. after that day, again I contacted to their customer care person while my problem dint get solved. they told me same.. that happend 3 times. I called next day to register complaint and refund me . they told me that complaint has been registered and we will proceed asap to solve. till today date they dont solve my problem. they provided me my complaint number - SR0000075MAI I am tired to contacting them. help me to solve it.
