Pathetic service by Jio!
Complete misrepresentation of facts
My Jio postpaid number was cancelled by Jio on 27-Aug without any prior consent nor intimation by your customer or Jio.
Infact, my Jio postpaid was retained on 18-Aug with the retention confirmation given to the customer and a promise of resolving all pending issues.
None of the pending issues raised for more than 1 month repeatedly have been resolved by Jio postpaid, appellate, priority care.
1. I still receive SMS in Hindi on all my 4 numbers, even though my profile language is set in English. Issue not resolved.2. Bill date is different from data cycle date wherein I am forced to transfer data twice in a month to all my child numbers. Also, my child data gets expired on billing due date (11th of every month) and data cycle expiry date (14th of every month). All 3 child numbers are impacted repeatedly every month since Sep 2020. Issue not resolved. 3. I cannot see the correct data balance on my child numbers using My Jio app. Issue not resolved.
Snapshots of all the 3 pending, unresolved issues have already been shared multiple times to Jio postpaid, appellate, priority care.
Now, I have paid 149/- to Jio retail shop to activate my [protected] basis, a mistake by Jio. Do you even have the authority to rectify your mistake of refunding this amount to me? [protected] has been disconnected from 27-Aug to 31-Aug... being a postpaid plus account holder, do you have the authority to refund for this huge disservice? Sharing the softcopy of the bill for you to believe it.
You are only concerned with money that is very clear to me.
What more information do you want? Pathetic service, zero accountability. Our very own government is far better than Jio... atleast they resolve concerns of the common man.
