Reliance Jio Infocomm — outgoing calls disconnected for a unlimited 399 plan with 84 days validity

My jio number was recharged for rs.399 plan with 84 days validity and 126 gb data benefits on 11/05/2018.
The plan had free voice, 100 sms/day also.
However on 09/06/2018 the outgoing call was disconnected with a notification of high call usage.
I would like to know when the plan has no restriction on voice then how jio categorize high usage and disconnected the service immediately after the notification message. Why jio is selling plans with unlimited calls and then secretly disconnecting the service and asking for additional recharge to activate the outgoing service. Its frustrating. I would like the service to be restored asap. And if not done i will discontinue use of jio.

I have recharge 399 plan around[protected] morning time and payment was successful but when I open my jio app it is not updating. Payment Reference ID [protected]. please verify and let me know.
