[Resolved]  Reliance Jio Infocomm — payment for jio recharge was successful but plan was not activated

I had recharged my jio number 7xxxxxxxx5 for the rs 52 plan on 23rd of july 2019. I did not receive any sms from jio confirming the recharge and also the myjio app is not recognizing any recharge. The net banking transaction id for the payment of rs. 52 is qsbixxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxotr7. I am unable to make any outgoing calls in spite of recharging it. Please resolve immediately.

Date of recharge: 23rd july 2019 in the afternoon
Mode of recharge: through myjio app and sbi net-banking
Amount of recharge: rs. 52
