[Resolved] Reliance Jio Infocomm — Payment Successful but recharge not reflected - [protected] | |
My payment is successful but recharge is not reflected. It's been two days but no response from jio. I do have any access to reach customer support. Please help to resolve this issue. I have attached the screenshot of the transaction (transaction id is mentioned) and it is successfully credited to jio yesbank account. The attached screenshot gives clear view that amount is credited to jio yes bank account. There is no medium to reach jio customer support to address the issue. Kindly check and help to resolve it. Oct 2, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Not resolved. The only effort taken by company to mark as resolved. Stop being proud of providing such useless medium. The issue is not resolved.. Reliance Jio Infocomm customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
