Reliance Jio Infocomm — plan not yet activated after successful recharge

Hi,
My data got exhausted today.in my jio app it shows me to recharge the plan. After clicking the get booster option in home home its redirected to plan recharge after that i recharged for rs.1001 (Plan cost +gst). After completing my recharge still i cant able to use data its showing 0kb remaining only. My plan not yet activated. While i am speaking with customer care they are said "you are supposed to wait for 3 days for activating that plan". Then whats is the use of that recharge???
