Reliance Jio Infocomm — plan not yet activated after successful recharge | |||
Hi, My data got exhausted today.in my jio app it shows me to recharge the plan. After clicking the get booster option in home home its redirected to plan recharge after that i recharged for rs.1001 (Plan cost +gst). After completing my recharge still i cant able to use data its showing 0kb remaining only. My plan not yet activated. While i am speaking with customer care they are said "you are supposed to wait for 3 days for activating that plan". Then whats is the use of that recharge??? Was this information helpful? | |||
